Tiki10
Tiki10 is planned for October 2012.Since it's just after Tiki9 LTS, it's expected to be a big release. See Roadmap and Tiki10
Since PHP 5.2 started in November 2006 and PHP 5.2.x reached end of life in December 2010, which is nearly two years before Tiki10 will be released, the requirements will be PHP 5.3.x
If you require pre-5.3 support, you can use Tiki9 which is a Long Term Support version.
