    Hi,
    I will be using the tiki upgrade instructions found here: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Upgrade+1.9.x+to+1.9.y&bl

    I do have a question: Shouldn't the instructions in STEP 4, say "Press Upgrade button" before I goto to step 5?

    Here is my situation that is forcing me to upgrade from 1.9.7 to 1.9.8.
    1. I got the blank screen of death.
    2. Updating the php.ini file for more memory - 64M and rebooting did not work for me.
    3. Clearing the temp/cache, templates_c and some other directory (I don't remember) did not work.
    4. Mysql database with its 194 tables appears to be ok.
    5. Log has "smarty errors".

    Yes, Waihom, we forgot to say so (upgrade pages have been rewritten a few months ago, and they need improvements, like the one you mention). Please, go ahead and improve the page!
