Installing Tiki in a sub-directory


The ideal situation is to install your Tiki instance to serve the root of a domain or sub-domain

  • example.org/tiki-index.php
  • wiki.example.org/tiki-index.php


Installing in a sub-directory like this

  • example.org/wiki/tiki-index.php


Things to watch out for:

  • feature_html_head_base_tag (Add base tag in the HTML head section. The base tag specifies a default address for all links on a page.)
