.htaccess settings
RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-Forwarded-Proto} =http #redirect all http traffic
RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*)$ [NC] # redirect all www traffic
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%1/$1 [R=301,L]{CODE}


The setting https_login (Use HTTPS login)  needs to be set to encourage (Encourage secure (https) login).

Any other setting except for disable, would make your site unusable, as of ((Tiki 15)) LTS and maybe newer versions.
