Feature Overview
This feature is like a billboard chart (Hit Parade)A permanent poll, where people vote on items at that moment. However, new items can be added. (A bit like a new song can become popular)
So you could have one item which is 30 weeks in the top-10, but it is eventually displaced by a newer, and more popular item.
Unfortunately, the feature was never completed.
