Tiki Annotations have been added to ((Tiki17)) and are powered by [http://annotatorjs.org/|Annotator] .

This --replaces-- is an optional and experimental replacement of ((Inline Comments)) in ((Tiki18)) with a much nicer interface, and with more potential for expanding the feature set. However, it lacks "[https://tiki.org/forumthread66568|Robust anchoring]" (which is supported by Inline comments)
