Module to assign a "Back to Top" button which will display a VueJS component on scrolling down the page (requires feature Element Plus enabled). How to assign a new module

Parameters

Displays a floating button that appears when the user scrolls down. Clicking it smoothly scrolls the page back to the top.

Parameters	Accepted Values	Description	Default
`bottom`	int	Sets the distance from the bottom of the screen (in px).	40
`sideDistance`	int	Sets the distance from the side edge of the screen (in px).	40
`target`	text	The css selector to trigger scroll.
`title`	text	Custom title to disply on the button.	Back to top
`visibilityHeight`	int	The button will not show until the scroll height reaches this value (in px).	200
`placement`	(blank) left right	Place the button to the left or right side.	right
