Gallery Listings tab

Overview
Use this tab to specify what information is displayed when users view and browse a File Gallery.
To Access
From the File Gallery Admin page, click the Gallery Listings tab.

Important:

  • Changing the settings on this tab does not affect existing galleries --- the changes apply only to newly created galleries.
  • To show the number of hits for each file, the Stats feature must be activated.

Maximum name length Length to which to truncate file names in browse view. 40 characters

Maximum height of images Default maximum height of images in galleries.
0 for unlimited		 0 pixels
Maximum rows per page 10 rows
Display hits ratio to maximum Display hits with a ratio of hits to maximum hits Disabled
Display properties in the context menu Enabled
Display "Replace" in the context menu Enabled
Allow action on multiple files or galleries Include "Remove" as an option for the checkbox action in file galleries Enabled
Gallery icon Enter the ID of any file in any gallery to be used as the icon for this gallery in browse view None
