User information is made private by default to make it public, e.g. to display it when a user is mentioned there are a few steps to follow: | |
Step 1: Go to "User Settings" | |

Go to the control panel and select "User Settings". Click to expand

Step 2: Activate the preference "User preferences screen" | |
|
In the tab "User Settings" activate "User preferences screen" and apply the changes. Click to expand

Step 3: Set"User Information" to public | |
|
In the tab "User Info and Picture" select public on "User Information" list and apply the changes. Click to expand
