Checkbox tracker field

This is a stub.

Provides a simple checkbox field for yes/no, on/off input.
The data values entered in the field are y (for checked) and n (for unchecked).

Alternatively, you can use a Drop Down - Radio Tracker Field and offer yes and no as a choice (and it leaves an empty answer)
