This set of short tutorials aims to illustrate how Tiki can be used to automate common web based business processes.
This area of Tiki's functionality makes it very distinctive in the CMS/Groupware opensource arena and provides a powerful set of extremely flexible tools. They may at first seem somewhat complicated, but the investment in understanding them and starting to use them will be amply rewarded.
The following set of child pages first of all sets out the details of an example business process, then the use of the individual 'tools' are presented, and finally the end to end automated process is described:
