    I don't understand the purpose of the "Not Plugin" section — If it isn't a plugin, should it be documented on a different page?

    I copied it from tw.o, and I've heard sometimes in forums people attempting to look for a way to modify the toc layout (structures), and they were looking for toc under dir lib/wiki-plugins , etc. (I also thought at the beggining that everything inside { } tags was a plugin...

    That's way I thought in including that in the doc pages.. But if you think it should go elsewhere, go ahead...

    My only concern was the "logic" of having a section titled Not Plugins on a page that is titled Plugins — seems to have the potential to confuse a lot of Tiki-ers. Rather, I'd call it "special" plugins (which is what I did). Feel free to change the name, as needed.
