Tiki implements the XML-RPC API of Blogger, a popular blogger with a lot of tools and users in the market. This API is used by several Windows applications that can be used to manage weblogs. Any application implementing the Blogger XML-RPC API can be used to edit Tiki blogs.

To use Blogger's XML-RPC API with a Tiki, the Admin must enable it in the Features panel. The file implementing the API is tiki-xmlrpc_services.php.
