Rename
The rename function in a wiki is frequently used to enforce Naming conventions. Any page with any name can be part of any of one or many of the defined categories in the wiki.
Who can rename pages is part of the groups and permissions system.
Renaming a page updates all links (which are backlinks) to that page.
