Introduced in: Tiki 1.9

This option on the Admin->Features panel controls whether columns can be flipped or not. When a column is flippable, clicking on the show/hide left/right modules icon or link above the modules will flip between displaying and hiding the modules in that column, for that user.

There are three settings:

• Always - the column is always displayed or always displayed if there are modules (depends on theme). This is the default
• User decides. Users can flip the column on and off at will using the link and icon at the top of the column
• Never - the column is never displayed
