Plugin Annotation
Use this Wiki Plugin to annotate screenshots or other images. The part of the image that the annotation refers to is highlighted with a red border and the annotation text is placed under the image.

Here's a screenshot of the plugin in action showing the edit interface that pops up after the annotated section has been clicked (the green border shows the section has been clicked).
Usage
To annotate an image in a wiki page, use the syntax:
