To Access From the Look and Feel Admin page, click the Miscellaneous tab.

Use Tabs
If enabled, sections on each page will be shown as separate tabs. If enabled, you can use the Users can choose not to have tabs option to allow users to override (with a No Tabs button) on each page.

If enabled, you can customize the layout (columns, modules, theme, and so on) for each different Tiki section (such as wiki, forums, articles, and so on).

Smarty Template usage indicator
If enabled, Tiki will include HTML comment tags at the start and end of each Smarty Template (TPL). Note : Do not use this for production sites — the comments will be visible to all users for all pages and emails.
