Checkbox tracker field
This is a stub
Provides a checkbox field for yes/no, on/off input.
The data values entered in the field are y (for checked) and n (for unchecked).
The checkbox tracker field does not seem to work.in version 5.0, while it works at least in version 3.0 You had better use the radio buttons for later versions.
